Equalities Monitoring

HIE is committed to delivering programmes and events which meet the needs of a range of people. Monitoring programme and event participation tells us whether we are reaching the full range of people who could benefit from them. Understanding how we can improve our interventions will help us reach and meet the needs of a wider range of participants, and to meet our obligations under the Public Sector Equality Duty - to eliminate discrimination, advance equality of opportunity and tackle prejudice.
